B.YOND 37M is a 37.0 m Motor Yacht, currently being built in Italy by Benetti and to be delivered in 2022. She is one of 8 B.YOND 37M models.

Her top speed is 14.0 kn, her cruising speed is 12.5 kn, and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 5000.0 nm at 10.0 kn, with power coming from two MAN diesel engines. She can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms, with 7 crew members waiting on their every need. She has a gross tonnage of 398.0 GT and a 8.6 m beam.

Armamento

BOW THRUSTER: 90 kW / 400 VAC / 3 ph / 50 Hz
STABILIZERS: 2 x Electrical, underway and at anchor

- ANCHORS: The Yacht will be equipped with n°2 galvanised steel fully balanced SHHP (Super High Holding Power) anchors of 260 kg each, complete of superbox swivel, according to rules.
- ANCHOR CHAINS: The Yacht will be equipped with n°2 chains made of galvanised steel of 16 mm diameter with stud link of a length of 110 m each. Chain will be in special steel grade U2 with common links only.
- CHAIN QUICK RELEASE: Anchor chains will be connected to the hull by a quick release device, to allow safe release when in emergency conditions.
- GANGWAY: An hydraulic retractable telescopic gangway will be fitted. The control panel will be positioned next to the gangway.
- SWIMMING LADDER:One manual/removable AISI 316 stainless steel swimming ladder will be provided on the port side of the bathing platform.

FRESH WATER EQUIPMENT
- FRESH WATER PUMPS: Two electrical pumps with variable speed controllers will be provided, connected to the fresh water tank.
- HOT WATER PUMPS: Two hot water circulating pumps, one in service, one in standby, will keep constant temperature in hot water ring lines.
- WATER MAKER: One reverse osmosis watermaker will be fitted with all necessary gauges, sand filters with back washing, high and low pressure pumps, automatic and weekly fresh water washing of the system. Nominal capacity 9.000 liters of water per day at 25° C sea water temperature.
- WATER HEATERS: Two electric hot water stainless steel heaters with capacity of 150 litres each will be fitted. Resistance 5+5kW for each heater.

TENDERS & TOYS: Main tender 6.5 mt / Crew tender 3.9 mt / 2 x jet ski 3.5 mt

Strumentazione

NAUTICAL INSTRUMENTS: A round clock, barometer and a thermometer will be installed in the wheelhouse.

NAV/COMM/SIGN EQUIPMENT
Two LCD monitors (standard) 19” marinized to visualize navigation systems.
The following controls will be approximately provided in wheelhouse:
· steering actuator
· bow thruster control lever and running indicator
· main engines throttles
· MMEE Key, start/stop buttons and alarm signal
· emergency stop for main engines
· rudder angle indicator
· fin stabilizers control panel

Two control stations will be positioned externally at both sides of the wheelhouse and will include all the necessary commands and instruments for manoeuvring the Yacht in mooring operations.

- INTERCOM SYSTEM: One Emergency internal communication system as per Classification Society and Flag Authority requirements will be fitted in: wheelhouse, engine room, emergency steering station.
- ECHOSOUNDER AND LOG: One echosounder will be provided with dual frequency transducer (depth, log, water temp) with PC interface for chart plotter software.
- MAGNETIC COMPASS: One ceiling mounted magnetic compass will be provided.
- WIND SYSTEM: One wind system with no moving parts and with GPS, air temperature and pressure sensors will be supplied.
One NMEA data Display will be provided for Captain’s cabin
- VHF SYSTEM:
N°1 VHF class D with distress capabilities will be provided.
N°1 standard VHF will be provided.
N° 1 remote control unit for VHF will be provided (crew mess).
N° 4 handheld VHF for mooring operation will be supplied.
- X-BAND RADAR: One IMO approved 12 kW X - band 4 ft antenna with ARPA and AIS interfaces will be provided.
- GYROCOMPASS: One gyrocompass will be provided.
- AUTOPILOT: One autopilot will be provided.
- GPS SYSTEM: N° 1 GPS systems IMO Approved.
- CHART PLOTTER: One chart system with radar overlay option will be provided.
- HORN: A pneumatic horn will be provided. Buttons are available on the wings, it can be operated in emergency in the wheelhouse.
- EXTERNAL DATA CONNECTION: Two means of data connection will be provided for internet and IT services:
n° 1 harbour Wi-Fi connection system,
n° 1 UMTS – 4G (single SIM) connection system.

Note aggiuntive

Enhanced Comfort Mode
Diesel engines switched off.
Gensets supply the electric motors.
High level of comfort: useful for night cruise at low speed.

Eco Cruise Mode
The yacht sails at “Zeroemission”: the batteries supply energy to the electric motors and to the hotel.

Extended Range Mode
The yacht sails with gensets switched off: the electric motors work as shaft generators.

Eco Transfer Mode
The yacht sails with just one diesel engine and one genset running. Main advantage is the 50% reduction of running hours: useful for long transfer with only crew on board.

Emergency Mode
In any case of malfunction the system can be easily disconnected.
On the other side the system guarantee full redundancy of traditional power generation.
